Samuel is a dedicated public servant committed to strengthening communities through effective city management and meaningful civic education. With six years of city-government experience and a background working with youth, they are passionate about engaging the next generation in understanding how government shapes everyday life.

Holding a BBA in Management and currently pursuing an MPA with a specialization in Human Resources and Local Government, Samuel aims to build informed, empowered communities by promoting transparency, participation, and opportunities for lifelong learning.
